Living & kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living room and genuinely equipped for cooking, with a SMEG gas hob, Miele dishwasher and a long dining table. In winter, the fireplace makes this part of the house especially cosy.
A fully equipped seasonal home for temporary stays, ideal for remote work, relocation, study or other temporary reasons for being in Ibiza.
The home belongs to Kiss & Even, who live here for much of the year, so this is not a purpose-built rental property. A place to live, work, slow down and enjoy everyday life in Ibiza.
This really is a home. Kiss and Even live here on and off throughout the year, spending up to six months in Ibiza. So the house is set up for feeling at home.
You'll find a genuinely well-equipped kitchen (including good knives), comfortable beds, proper adjustable lighting, fast WiFi, places to work, and all those small practical things that tend to be missing from a typical rental.
The house sits on a hillside with open views across the landscape, and has sun from early morning until sundown. It is the upper part of a duplex in the gated community of Can Furnet, peaceful and secure, yet central, with easy access to the rest of the island.
A blend of Scandinavian simplicity and the warmth of Ibiza, made for people who will enjoy it and care for it as their own.

The house is set up for real working days as well as Ibiza days.
There is a dedicated workspace for two, plenty of daylight and, perhaps best of all, the possibility of taking your coffee or laptop outside when you need a change of scene.
If two people need separate workspaces, it is possible to set up a second desk in another room.
The house is let only on a temporary residential lease under the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU), for more than one month and up to 12 months, to people who are temporarily away from their usual home for a justified reason such as work, studies or relocation. It has no tourist licence (exempt: seasonal rental) and is not available for holidays or tourist stays.
Thanks to the hillside setting, you enter directly from the parking area, with no stairs needed to reach the main floor.
From the entrance hall you pass the workspace and a daybed before arriving in the open-plan kitchen and living room. This is the heart of the house. Large sliding doors open almost the entire room onto the main terrace, and much of the year you barely think about where inside ends and outside begins.
The kitchen is open to the living room and genuinely equipped for cooking, with a SMEG gas hob, Miele dishwasher and a long dining table. In winter, the fireplace makes this part of the house especially cosy.
Wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower. High quality Scandinavian bed.
One with a 160 cm bed and one with a 120 cm bed, plus a second bathroom.
The main terrace opens directly from the kitchen and living room. Upstairs, the roof terrace is more secluded. During the day there is usually a lovely natural breeze, and the covered area is a place for long dinners or drinks in the evening.
Can Furnet is a gated residential community in the hills just above Jesús. Often, you'll hear more doves and cicadas than people.
But this isn't an isolated house in the countryside. There are other homes around, which gives privacy while still having the reassuring feeling of not being alone.
Jesús, the nearest village, has bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and pretty much everything you need for everyday life.
Driving times are approximate. We recommend a car during your stay. There is parking for up to three cars on the property.

We love travelling ourselves, and our favourite stays are always the ones where we can settle in and feel a little at home.
We're not professional hosts. In everyday life, we run a leadership consultancy together. We've been Airbnb hosts for 7 years at our home away from home in the Norwegian mountains, and when we're away from Ibiza, we're happy to share this home too.
We aren't looking for lots of bookings. We'd simply like a few people each year to enjoy living here and care for the house much as we do.
Energy is everything.
Because this is our home and is offered as a seasonal rather than tourist rental, there are a few things to know before enquiring.
The minimum stay is more than one month. Longer stays are welcome, up to a maximum of 12 months.
Stays are for a concrete, temporary reason for being in Ibiza, such as remote work, a work assignment or project, studies or relocation. The reason is stated in the lease.
Each stay is covered by a written temporary residential lease under the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU), prepared by our legal advisor. It states the reason for your stay, and we may ask for supporting documentation, such as a work or study confirmation.
We share availability and rates personally, once we have heard a little about you and your project.
The house is fully furnished and equipped, with fibre internet, bed linen and towels included.
The house has no tourist licence (exempt: seasonal rental). We cannot accept holiday, vacation or tourist stays, events or parties.
Because this is a private home, the owners like to know a little about who will be living here before agreeing a stay.
Tell us who will be staying, what brings you to Ibiza, what your everyday life here is likely to look like, and the dates you have in mind. Please also share whether you already know Ibiza or whether this will be your first time on the island.
